My BeautyKind Haul + a $50 Gift Code

My BeautyKind order arrived yesterday and I was so excited, I couldn't wait to share it with you! If you didn't see my blog post about BeautyKind last week, they are an online prestige beauty retailer that donates 5% of every order to the charity of your choice (you choose from hundreds that they work with).
BeautyKind has generously given me a coupon code to share with you to get $50 off your first order of $75 (new customers only- one time use). I know a lot of you have already taken advantage of this deal and have been writing to me on social media to let me know that you received your order...so exciting!

I was so impressed with them for so many reasons. First, everything came nicely boxed with the products inside individually wrapped. They also sent three free samples (two of which were larger deluxe sizes!) and the shipping was super fast. I went with the free standard option and my order arrived in 4 business days. They also offer 2-day shipping for only $5 which is a great deal!

So here's what I got:

  1. Lalicious Sugar Coconut Hydrating Body Butter ($26.50)- I've seen this California-based brand at Ulta but have never tried it due to the higher price point...now I might be addicted! This is the closest thing to a real coconut scent I've smelled in a bath and body product. A lot of coconut-scented products I've tried smell like sunscreen, but this just smells like a ripe, juicy coconut...so delicious! It also absorbs so quickly for a body butter, leaving no greasy residue at all. I love this and want to try the Brown Sugar Vanilla scent next!
  2. Butter London Nail Lacquer in KIP ($15)- I only recently tried Butter London nail polish during an Ulta haul (I'm usually an Essie/Julep girl) and I was really impressed by how smoothly it goes on and how long it lasts. So I decided to pick up another shade called KIP, an "opaque, skycloud shimmer". It really does look like the color of the sky on a cloudy day.
  3. Cailyn O! Wow Brush ($28)- I've always wanted to try this brush and was so happy to see it on BeautyKind. I discovered Cailyn products through my Ipsy subscription years ago and their products have rarely disappointed me. This brush is amazing! I haven't tried it yet, but it feels so velvety soft with densely packed bristles that are supposed to give your foundation an airbrushed finish.
  4. Hampton Sun SPF 35 Continuous Mist ($10)- I'm going on a little weekend trip next month and thought it might be a good idea to have a little travel sunscreen on hand (I'm terrible at remembering to pack sunscreen). I've heard great things about this brand so I'm looking forward to trying it.

They also threw in some great samples in a little organza bag, which I wasn't expecting at all! They sent a packet of Juara Candlenut Body Cream ($35) and two deluxe samples from the Vintage by Jessica Liebskind line (she worked with Bobbi Brown before starting her own line). I got the Face Highlighter in Crystal Pink ($26) and Sparkling Lip Gloss in Pink Sequin ($21).

If you haven't placed your BeautyKind order yet, you can still use my code: Jen50. It'll save you $50 on a $75 order (you have to be a new customer in order for the code to work).

Also, if you're looking for Mother's Day gift ideas, BeautyKind has a lot of great options, including beautiful Nest Candles  and bath & body products from luxury brands like Ahava, Bliss, Juara, Indie Lee, and Lavanilla (plus a lot more!). As I said above, they offer 2-day shipping for only $5 so you can make sure your gifts will get to you in time.

Happy shopping! :)

  1. I just want to comment and say that I ordered from beautykind last week when you first gave us the code and I opted for the 2-day shipping for $5. I was really impressed with the whole experience down to the way everything was packaged and will continue to order from them going forward. I like that I can choose a charity each time I order and they have some really great niche brands that you can't find at Sephora and Ulta. The free deluxe samples were the icing on the cake. What a great company!

    1. I was really surprised since they didn't advertise that they give samples. It was nice that 2 of the 3 weren't just one-time use samples either!

  3. I used your code to order the GlamGlow clearing mask that I've been wanting FOREVER. I never could justify spending $70 on a mask so I would always get a sample at Sephora and use it as a spot treatment. I'm so excited to have the full size now. I don't have that exact foundation brush, but I have a similar one from Amazon and I love it.
