The Products:
White Organia Aloe Vera Soothing Gel- Full Size- $5
My Thoughts: Aloe Vera gel is always a good thing to have on hand, and since this is 98% aloe, it's almost like using the plant itself, which is very effective on burned or chapped skin. It's not the most exciting thing to get because it's easy to get aloe here in the states, but I always forget to buy it and it definitely goes with the theme of this box, so I'm glad to have it. This tub is huge and will last me a long time. For an extra cooling effect, you can store it in the fridge and use it when you're feeling overheated- it works wonders!
The Skin House Aloe Water Mist- Full Size- $11
My Thoughts: I usually don't like water mists for your face because I don't see the benefit of spritzing just plain water on your face. BUT, according to The Skin House's website, this also contains Witch Hazel, Tea Tree oil and a bunch of floral and fruit extracts, and this can be used in place of your toner. I love that because it's so convenient to spritz it on rather than to use up a cotton pad to apply toner from a bottle. Love this and can't wait to use it!
Awesome Aqua Whip Hug Foam Cleanser- Full Size-$18
My Thoughts: I've been in need of a new cleanser for my two-step cleansing process so this was something I was really happy to see. I just got Skinfood's Black Sugar Cleansing Oil for Step 1 of the double cleanse and this will be Step 2!
N.S.M Exciting Snow Cooling Tint- Full Size- $18
Description: This unique cooling tint from N.S.M is very special in that it glides smoothly and vividly onto your lips and it literally holds the colorful radiance in place with a cooled and refreshing feeling that lasts for up to 30 minutes after tint application. The color won't fade, even under water and will last all day long with a nice, refreshing peppermint scent which also works to cover up any bad breath as well.
My Thoughts: This lip tint is incredibly vivid and bright- way too much for me as I like a neutral lip. I tried a little of this on my hand and it stayed put even after washing them for the rest of the day. It has some serious staying power- more than any lip product I've ever tried! If it was a more subtle color than neon orange, I would be in love with this.
Secret Key Intense Ice Sleeping Pack- Full Size- $22
My Thoughts: I've been really into sleeping packs lately! Your skin does the bulk of it's regenerating at night when you sleep, so giving it a nice surge of moisture is the best time to do it. I really like the Secret Key products I've tried so far, so I'm looking forward to using this tonight!
Overall, this box was great and had a total retail value of $74- that's great for a box that cost $23!
