Divaderme Brow Extender II Review

I was looking around in the extended beauty section at Kohls the other day, trying to figure out what to spend my Kohls Cash on. I was about to buy something from The Balm (like another Eyeshadow palette I didn't need), when I spotted a few products from a brand I'd never heard of before called Divaderme. There was a fiber brow product, fiber mascara, and lash fibers to layer on with mascara (think Younique 3D Fiber Lashes). They were all $19 so I thought I'd start with the brow product first. Let's check it out!

Brow Extender II (not sure if there was a Brow Extender I?) is unlike any brow product I've seen or tried. It is literally just dry fibers in a tube. Other fiber formulas such as Benefit Gimme Brow and Hard Candy's Brows Now have fibers suspended in a gel formula, but when I pulled out the wand and saw just fluffy, dry fibers, I thought, "how the heck are they going to stick?".

According to the package, these special fibers adhere to the hair and skin all on their own...

They also cover gray, although I couldn't test that claim since I have no gray in my eyebrows...yet.

The directions say to move the wand back and forth in the brows to deposit the fibers and get the best grip. I was worried about messing up my brows, but I first went in the direction of the hair growth, then against it, and back and forth a few times. Finally, I smoothed the hair down with the wand and they stayed perfectly fine!

The formula layered on a ton of color and I was able to deepen it easily by adding more. With a gel product, if you add more your brows can clump together and look "wet" but not with this! The dry formula totally solves this problem.
It comes in three shades...Ash Blonde, Medium Dark Brown Chocolate, and Dark Brown Espresso. I chose the Ash Blonde since I have blonde hair and don't want my brows to look too dark and contrasting.

Here's a further away shot. Yes that's Henry's little foot in the background...he fell asleep in the car so that's where I posted this review from. I didn't have the heart to wake him up!

Overall, I'm loving this Brow Extender and now I want to try the Mascara, Lash Extender Fibers, and they even have a lash/brow growing serum! This brow product is so easy to use and looks totally natural. I love how it doesn't leave your brows wet or stiff, and it literally takes 2 seconds to apply. If you have very unruly brows, you may want to use a clear brow mascara over this to tame them since this doesn't have hold in it, but my brows lie pretty flat so it wasn't a problem for me.

Also, it lasts all day! I applied it in the morning and it was still looking perfect at 7pm. My one complaint is the size of the tube...it's so small compared to the box, so I thought I was getting more for $19.  Still, you use so little each time, this tube will last forever.  They should make the box similar in size to the product so it's not so misleading.  The tube is actually glass, so it felt heavy and I assumed the whole box was full.
