Subscribers were given these little cards to hand out to friends with a code to get either a free box, or $12 off a quarterly or yearly subscription.  But since we're all friends here, I had to share it with you guys also! Just enter the code FREE614 at checkout when you place an order at Beauty Box 5.  But hurry!  This code is only good until June 30, 2014.
Here's the card with all of the details and retail pricing:
I was so excited to see the Coconut Water Shampoo and Conditioner from OGX ($7.99 each for 13oz).  I've been meaning to purchase this for a few months now, but I have so many hair products under my sink, I think my husband will have a heart attack if I bring home any more without using some up first.  At least this way, I can try it first-and if it works well, then I'll be totally justified to go out and buy it...right?  Right.

Next is Nicka K Nail Polish ($4.99)- I posted a sneak peek that we would be getting this full sized polish back in May and I was so excited because I've gotten this in a previous box (in a gray color back in the fall) and loved it.  It lasts a long time without chipping and has a short brush to make applying it really easy.  Plus I love the bottle!

This mascara by Glam Natural ($28 for .25oz) is made for sensitive eyes and is gluten-free, paraben-free and hypoallergenic.  I've never heard of this brand before, but that's the beauty of these sample boxes- that you get to try new things!  I'll have to post a separate review on this at a later date.

Vitabath Body Washes ($7.95 for 12oz) always smell so delicious and the scent I got called Dreamy Pink Frosting smells good enough to eat! It literally smells like cupcake frosting. I love that these are sulfate free, paraben free and also free of propylene glycol, mineral oils, and silicone.

Last but not least, I got samples of a skincare line I have never heard of called Eslor.  This kit is called the Introductory Collection Calming Kit and comes with a Soothing Refiner & Cleanser, Replenishing Scrub, Comforting Mask, and Soothing Cream.  I like that I get to try several products together from the same line, and again, I really appreciate getting something from a brand I've never tried or heard of before!

Overall, I'd say that June's Beauty Box 5 was a hit!  If you'd like to sign up for Beauty Box 5 and try it out, you can visit their website, and don't forget to use the code for the free first box at checkout that I talked about at the top of this post (FREE614).  It's only good until June 30, 2014, so there's only a short window of opportunity.

What did you think of this month's Beauty Box 5?
