I reviewed this set a few weeks ago (see my review here) and this is definitely one of my must-haves of the holiday season. I feel like many of the holiday palettes were disappointing in terms of quality but this one is beautiful (and it comes with a palette, mascara, liquid lipstick, and makeup bag for $49).
If you haven't tried Ciate's makeup line yet, this is the perfect way to sample a few different products.
*Also, there are some new freebie codes available at Sephora that you can add with a $25+ purchase:
- If you're VIB or Rouge, use code VIBPEPSTART to get a Clinique Pep Start Set
- Get a deluxe Sephora Collection Contour Waterproof Eye Pencil with code SCEYELINER
- Choose 1 of 6 different skincare deluxe samples with code SKINGOALS
- Get a sample set of First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads with code FABSKIN

I how Is The Color payoff on these shadows
ReplyDeleteIt's very good...I posted swatches and a review a few weeks ago (the link is in the post above). :)
DeleteThe shades look nice!
ReplyDeleteThey're really gorgeous! I feel like it's a very wearable fall/winter palette. :)
DeleteHow does it compare to the anastasia x mario palette? Both seem like neutral palettes, but if we wanted to invest in just one of them, which would you choose and why?
ReplyDeleteHmmm...that's a tough question because I love them both! The ABH Mario palette has mostly shimmery shades with only a couple of mattes while the Ciate palette has 8 or 9 matte shades, several of which are great transitions, so the Ciate palette might allow you to create more looks with it. The Ciate palette also has some deeper, smokier shades and purples (which the Mario palette doesn't have). But...the Mario palette is a little bit better in terms of overall pigmentation and blending is effortless...the quality is just amazing. So I guess it depends what you're looking for and what's most important to you. :)
DeleteThis is such a gorgeous palette! I hope it's available in the UK soon! xo
