Quick Rating: Not bad, but not super exciting either.
The first item in the box is Sally Hansen Toe Spacers ($1.99). This is something I never think to buy for myself, but I should since I always do home pedicures these days. I'll definitely use these next time I change my polish.
Next up is My Beauty Spot nail polish ($4.17) in a gunmetal gray shade. I'm all about gray nails lately, and got a pale gray shade in my Julep box this month, so this is a nice addition to my growing gray collection, not to mention a perfect fall/winter shade!
Next is Lashem 3-in-1 Eye Bright Serum ($13). This is supposed to lift, firm, and brighten the eye area. I like that this has melanin reducing ingredients because I have sun spots under my eyes that give them a dark cast. This serum feels light and cool going on. I'll definitely keep using this to see if it helps.
Next is two packets of Natural Style by FUBU (yes, the clothing line) deep conditioner and co-wash ($.83). I'm excited to try this since it has an amazing ingredient list with super hydrating oils and butters-just what my parched hair needs!
Finally, this Eyelight Crayon from NickaK New York ($4.49) is creamy and very pigmented. Not sure about the color, since it's a little brighter than what I'm used to, but it's fun! I might use it as a liner to add a subtle pop of color.
Overall, not a bad box...I liked the variety of products, there was a little bit of everything from makeup to skincare to hair products, to nails. While it wasn't my favorite Beauty Box 5 ever, I'll definitely use everything here.
