Recently, I had the opportunity to try some makeup brushes from SOHO, and it was perfect timing since I was in need of some new brushes, especially for the eyes.

This brush set comes with everything you need to complete a smoky eye (or just a regular eye look). The back of the box gives a description of each brush and how to use it, as well as instructions for creating a smoky eye. This is really helpful, especially for those just starting out with brushes. I remember when I bought my first brush set being intimidated and not knowing which one to use where, so it's nice to have that on the packaging.
The All Over Eyeshadow Brush (middle) is a soft, wide brush perfect for applying your base shadow all over the lid.
The Angled Eyeliner Brush is a stiff brush with a very thin edge that will apply eyeliner close to the lash line with ease. You can also use this brush for filling in your eyebrows.
I love the bamboo handles on these brushes and the bristles do a nice job at picking up shadows. Even the stiffer brushes feel soft to the touch, meaning that the nylon fibers are soft on the skin, yet they hold their shape when applying makeup.
Overall, I'm impressed with how nice these feel and three brushes for just under $10 is a bargain! Have you tried SOHO brushes yet? What do you think of them?
