Top Row: Tails and Top Coats and Black Tie Affair Eyeshadow Palettes Bottom Row: Dance Till Dawn Palette |
Lorac will be launching three new palettes at Ulta on Black Friday, November 25th (can you believe it's only 10 days away?!) and Cyber Monday, November 28th.
Let's take a closer look...
Black Friday:
The Tails and Top Coats Eyeshadow Palette ($18) contains seven eyeshadows in cooler, smokier shades, while Black Tie Affair ($18) contains warm neutrals. Both include shimmery and matte finishes. These two palettes will be available exclusively at Ulta.com.
Cyber Monday:
The Dance Till Dawn Palette ($19) launches exclusively at Ulta.com on Cyber Monday and comes with six eyeshadows and two blushes in matte and shimmer finishes.
What's on your list? Will you be picking any of these up?
Lorac always has the cutest little palettes. I may have to get the Cyber Monday one!
ReplyDeleteMe too! It jumped out at me right away...it's like the perfect Spring palette! :)
DeleteHi. Where can I get Lorac in the U.K?
ReplyDeleteI'm not quite sure to be honest. I don't want to steer you toward a place that sells fakes and you have to be really careful on sites like Ebay. Does anyone out there in the UK know a good place to buy Lorac?
DeleteGaaahh! I'm gonna need all of these. Yup.
ReplyDeleteI know...my willpower goes out the window when it comes to Lorac! :)
DeleteI really want the warmer eye palette and the face palette. Great prices for Lorac!
ReplyDeleteI know right? I can't wait to get my hands on these. :)
DeleteI’ve read on several other sites that the are $18 . . . do you know whether they will be $18 or $15?
ReplyDeleteSorry about that...my mistake! They will be $18. Thanks for the heads up! :)
DeleteI have never tried their eyeshadows before, so I grabbed the Lorac Mega Pro 3 when it launched. I really liked the colors and, now that I have tried it, I love the formula. I have the naked 1 and naked 2 palettes, but they tend to be a bit much for everyday office appropriate looks. I seem to be using the same combination all the time, because it is easy to go overboard on the shimmer with those palettes. I am looking for a nice every day palette with some basic neutrals, more matte than shimmer, and it is just so difficult to choose! I looked at the Lorac pro 1 and 2, but they look kind of dark for everyday/work looks. Same thing with the chocolate bar and semi sweet. I am not big on burgundy and dark, reddish browns, and prefer warmer caramel, neutral pinkish and plum-taupe type tones. Any suggestions for a decent quality pallet that fits the bill? Thank you so much for any help you can offer!
ReplyDeleteI'm the same way as you...I don't tend to use dark colors that often. My favorite basic neutral palettes are the Tarte Tartelette (all matte) and Tartelette in Bloom (some matte some shimmer but nothing over the top like UD). They do have a couple of darker shades in them but are mostly light-to-medium colors. I also love eyeshadows from The Balm...the Nude Dude and Nude Tude palettes are really pretty (they sell them at Kohls). My favorite palette of the moment though has to be the Anastasia Master Palette by Mario. The colors are warm and very wearable. There are quite a few shimmer shades in that one though (but they aren't as glittery as UD either). Hope that helps!
DeleteThank you so much! I have looked at the Tarte palettes but in the pan, they look kind of dark. I was looking at the Too Faced semi sweet chocolate bar because it seems to have a lot of warm to neutral browns, which complement my complexion and eye and haircolor, but even some of those were pretty dark. I don't own any Too Faced eyeshadows or Tarte eyeshadows, so I was not sure which would be the better bet. I have a lot of mattes from the It Cosmetics Naturally pretty palettes, so I guess I was just looking for some neutral variety to add to my collection, that will actually work on a day-to-day basis so that I am not bouncing back-and-forth between pallets constantly. I may give the Balm a try. Thank you again!
DeleteOooooo.... I just reviewed your posts on the I Heart chocolate palettes from Makeup Revolution. Were there any of those that you liked particularly for every day where? They have some really pretty shades!
