When it comes to face palettes, I have a major weakness...I can't resist them whether they're filled with blushes, highlighters, bronzers, or a combination of all three. So when I saw these beauties arrive at Sephora and Ulta recently, I knew I was going to have a lot of trouble deciding...let's take a look!
bareMinerals Lovescape Collection READY Color Boost ($24 at Ulta Beauty)- Filled with beautifully warm, radiant hues that flatter all skin tones, this triple threat can be swept all over or just onto cheeks or eyes for instant oomph. These shades look so beautiful and I love the pattern in the powder!
Makeup Revolution Vivid Shimmer Brick ($7 at Ulta Beauty)- Provides instant radiance to any complexion. Sweep across the brick for uniform application or use individual swipes for attention in certain areas. I love everything Makeup Revolution so I'm excited to try this!
NYX Strobe of Genius Palette ($18.99 at Ulta Beauty)- This palette features seven velvety-smooth shades that will enhance your features with serious levels of illumination. I've been wanting this palette since I saw sneak peeks of it on Instagram months ago, and I went to Ulta the other day to get it and it was sold out at my local store. Time to place an online order!
Laura Geller Just Blushing A Trio of Baked Blushes ($34 at Ulta Beauty)- Treat your cheeks to a gorgeous, natural-looking flush with this trio of best-selling blushes. This limited-edition palette features top-rated Laura Geller Baked Blush with skin-loving antioxidants to give your skin a good-for-you-glow. Shades are Tropic Hues, Bora Bora/Maui, and Golden Apricot. I'm obsessed with Laura Geller's baked blushes lately so having three in one palette is a must!
Fiona Stiles Light Illusion Prism Palette ($28 at Ulta Beauty)- A soft focus, silky powder that captures, diffuses and softens the way light reflects on skin, to give a lit from within appearance. This is a new brand that's exclusively at Ulta, created by celebrity makeup artist Fiona Stiles...I can't wait to try her products, starting with this beautiful palette.
Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Skin Twinkle Lighting Palette ($42 at Sephora)- A versatile trio of silky perfecting powders, you can filter and reflect light for a soft focus glow. The middle Filtered Light shade is your go-to setting powder in a universal matte sand that brightens and corrects any darkness under the eyes. Paired with two full-size, luminous perfecting powders, they’re perfect for illuminating the contours of the face for a natural-looking glow that flatters all skintones.
Have you tried any of these yet? Or are any of them on your wishlist?
The Nyx strobe of genius is amazing!
ReplyDeleteI love every color,it's so smooth and so pigmented.
The makeup revolution looks good,I'm gonna give it a try also!
I've heard so many good things about it! I was so bummed that they were all sold out at the Ulta store I went to, especially since it's 45 min from my house. But I'm glad it's still available online. :)
DeleteI totally freaked when I saw the Laura Geller blush palette and purchased it immediately. I own the full size of Tropic Hues and its probably my favorite blush in my whole collection. I've been meaning to try more of her blushes so this is perfect. I can't wait to bring it on my trip to Del Ray beach over Spring Break.
ReplyDeleteYay! I love Laura's blushes too! I recently got one in a holiday gift set and I'm really impressed with it. It's so pigmented, silky and smooth. :)
DeleteI just wanted to come out of lurking to say I love your blog so much. I have always loved your reviews but I also love these recent round-ups of new products for every budget and your faves and flops posts. They're so, so helpful!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! I'm glad you like my posts, and it's really helpful to get feedback on the newer ones I started doing. :) I love your screen name by the way...I'm a huge 2 Broke Girls fan, haha!
