Mally Evercolor Shadow Stick Library Swatches and Review

I've been a fan of Mally's Evercolor Shadow Sticks for about a year now.  They're probably the best cream eyeshadow I've ever used (and I've used a lot!).  The problem is, they're $25 each and I've been wanting to try some other shades, but just didn't want to spend that kind of cash on one shadow stick. So I've been using my Maybelline Color Tattoos instead (which come in a very close second for me), but then I was browsing around on QVC and found this set.  It's $35 and comes with 5 Full-Size Evercolor Shadow Sticks! So that's $125 worth for $35...and they're only $7 a piece. I ordered it immediately before they sold out of them as I believe this set is leftover from holiday and they probably don't have that many left. Or maybe they do, I don't know but I wasn't taking any chances!

This set comes in a snake-printed studded case, which is cute, but I probably won't keep them in it because when all 5 are in here it's hard to get one out, I end up having to dump them all out in my hand to grab the one I want.
Here's why I love these SO much...
1. They're super easy to apply- just swipe on your lid and you have 30 seconds to blend before it sets.
2. They're really pigmented- you basically only need one swipe, no layering required (unless you want a deeper color, but they lay down intense color with one stroke).
3. They last ALL DAY without creasing or moving.  Mally says they'll last 5 days...I haven't tested that but I don't doubt it at all.  I tried washing the swatches off my arm with dish soap and they didn't budge until I scrubbed them with a washcloth until my arm was red.  Makeup remover works a lot better.
So without further ado, here are the swatches!

Firework- This is the lightest shade and also the one with the most shimmer.  It's a perfect shade to highlight the brow bone or corners of the eyes.

Rosy Taupe- This is my favorite shade of the bunch.  It's a warm neutral with rosy undertones and it just looks amazing with blue eyes!  I love to use this on my lower lash line because it gives that smoky effect without the harshness of black or gray.  Plus since these don't budge, I don't have problems with lower lash line shadow migrating like I do when I use powder.

Topaz- This is a really pretty bronzy brown that I also really love!

Cobalt- This blue is stunning, and while I don't wear blue very often, maybe I'll become adventurous at some point and try it.

Deep Plum- This is the darkest one of the bunch, and I actually like that it's plum, rather than black or gray.  Plum is supposed to really compliment blue eyes, so I wear it often and I think a smoky eye with plum is unexpected.  This also makes a great eyeliner!
