Coastal Scents Revealed Smoky Palette Review
I can't remember the last time I bought a smoky eye palette...I have fair skin and I find that the super dark shades in a lot of "smoky" palettes look too harsh on me. So when I have a big event and want to rock a smoky eye, I tend to reach for deeper browns or plums versus black and gray, because it looks a little bit softer.
