New Drugstore Makeup 2011

There are tons of Fabulous New Products launching in December 2010-January 2011.  I can't wait to try them all!

LOREAL:

Loreal's new Magic Smooth Souffle foundation sounds like heaven!  I love their studio secrets souffle primer, so I can imagine that this is going to be amazing!

Loreal's The One Sweep Eye Shadow looks interesting, and I'm not sure how I feel about it yet.  The idea is that you swipe the sponge applicator across the three colors of shadow and then swipe across your eyelid- then presto!  You have perfectly contoured eyes.

COVER GIRL:

Cover Girl is launching a new line called NatureLuxe (Taylor Swift will be the spokesmodel!).  This product is called Silk Foundation.
From Cover Girl's website:
"Redefine natural beauty with our lightweight silk foundation. With a touch of cucumber water and a hint of jojoba and rose hip extracts, our light yet luxurious formula takes heavy weight out of your polished finish."
Sounds great- I cannot wait to try this!

Also from Cover Girl's natureluxe collection comes super-moisturizing tinted lip balms called Natureluxe Gloss Balm.  From CoverGirl.com:
"Get the sheer color and shine of a gloss with the soft, lightweight feel of SPF 15 balm. Fortified with mango and shea butter, this feel-good formula leaves your lips feeling decadent and delicious."

Cover Girl's Queen Collection lipstick sounds amazing!

"Queen Collection's only lip color with as much rich, true color as the leading department store lipstick.
Adorns lips with rich color and saturates them with moisturizers that actually improve the overall condition of your lips.  Available in 24 luxurious shades.  The perfect finish to Queen Collection Natural Hue make-up."

The Queen collection will also feature foundations, concealers, bronzer,
lip gloss, eyeshadows and lip and eye liners!

RIMMEL LONDON:

The folks at Rimmel have launched Match Perfection foundation, which according to their website:
"SMART-TONE TM technology adapts to the colour and texture of skin. Flawless natural finish. With an Oxygen Complex. Lets your skin breathe."  Sounds awesome!

Also from their Match Perfection line, comes a pressed powder.
From Rimmellondon.com:
"New Rimmel Match Perfection Ultra Creamy Powder is a premium compact powder with an incredibly soft creamy texture that blends beautifully to give you the ultimate, undetectable flawless finish. Amazingly, it adapts to, your skin’s tone and texture to give you a truer, fresher look. With up to 14-hour shine control, it delivers a longer-lasting wear for a truly perfect powder match. With a mirror and a make-up puff built into the compact, it’s ideal for making-up anytime, anywhere – don’t settle for anything less than complexion perfection."

REVLON:

Revlon's new Colorburst Lipstick just looks upscale!  The packaging reminds me of Dior's lipsticks.  According to Revlon's website:

"Instant burst of rich, true color with a featherlight feel
Elasticolor™ technology provides immediate color release and hugs lips with a burst of weightless color that feels like a second skin -Available in range of 20 gorgeous shades"

Also from the Colorburst line, comes Lip Glosses!  Again, very upscale packaging and lots of pigment.  They remind me of Chanel's Glossamer.

Revlon's new Custom Eyes Mascara is totally unline those Dial-a-Lash products of the past.  When you twist this, instead of getting more product, you actually get more bristles!  Yes, that's right...the brush changes!  How cool is that?  From Revlon.com:
"New Revlon CustomEyes™ Mascara is the first Revlon mascara that offers two gorgeous lash looks with one genius brush. The innovative brush has adjustable bristles to amp up length & drama or for all-out length & definition."
